Dear parents and Carers,

Due to the very high temperatures over the rest of the week, we will be making some adjustments to ensure that the children remain safe.

Uniform:

For the rest of the week, your child can come into school in either:

• school uniform as normal,
• PE kit

Staff have been encouraging children to drink regularly and water bottles will be topped up when required. Classrooms have been equipped with fans and the teachers have been limiting lighting etc to keep the classrooms cool. At playtimes, the children have been encouraged to play in the shaded areas or under the parasols. 

Sun cream is to be applied before school.
