Dear Parents and Carers 

Can I remind you that all payments for school meals and wrap around clubs need to be paid in advance, not late payment.  It takes a lot of administration time chasing late payments each week.

School Meals should be paid on Friday mornings ready for Monday for the following week.  Dinners are currently £2.60 per day (£13.00 per week) going up to £2.70 (£13.50 per week) after Easter.  Your child's account should have at least £13.00 on a Monday to cover dinners for the rest of the week.

Breakfast Club and Stjbkidzone payments should be made on Monday mornings, with enough money in their Iris Parentmail account to cover all payments booked for the week.  Breakfast Club payments are £4.00 per day and Stjbkidzone payments are £12.00 per day.

All payments should be made by Monday 23rd March to cover up to and including Thursday 26th March as it is the end of the financial year and all accounts need to be reconciled for Sefton MBC.
