As we come to the end of our first half term, the year 1 team would like to say how proud we are of all of the children and how well they have settled in to their new classroom. The children will not bring their homework book home this week. Instead we are asking the children to focus on their reading. Lots of practice with the same books will help with fluency and confidence. Online Bug Club books have also been updated.

Reading books can be brought in tomorrow to be changed for the half term holiday.

Maths - The children have been learning their number bonds to 10 and have particularly liked an online game we have been playing. I have put the link below. Once onto the website, if you click the green button that says 'number bonds' and then select the first game that says 'make 10'.
