A great week in Year 5 this week! We had an excellent time pumpkin picking today. Please make sure to check X and Instagram for the photos later on.

This week's homework is:

Maths

Addition and subtraction problem sheet. I have encouraged the children to highlight important information in the questions when completing them independently in their books.

TT Rockstars - our next unit is multiplication and division followed by fractions. The more then can practise their times tables, the easier they will find their lessons. 

English

Comprehension sheet. The children's spellings have also been added to Spelling Shed and Rollama for them to practise.

I am looking forward to meeting with you all next Wednesday afternoon. A reminder that school will close to the children at 1.30pm next Wednesday to facilitate Parents' Evening.
