Dear Parents and Carers

You will have received the Easter Bingo Flyer from the Friends of St John Bosco and I thank them for their continued efforts to support the school.  I would like to let you all know that all the school fundraising will be put towards funds that we already have in order to try to replace our much-loved mini bus by the end of this year.  It is hard to imagine that our mini bus is now nearly celebrating its 20th Birthday and although in excellent condition and well maintained the time has come to make a real effort together to try to replace this valuable asset.  Please try your best to support the Easter Bingo by attending.  If you are unable but would like to make any donation please send this in an envelope and we shall add this to the monies generated on the night.  Traditionally the infants have brought in an Easter Egg or Chocolates and the juniors a bottle of Wine.  We would be most grateful if you would send any contribution asap so that we can plan ahead for a fantastic social event. 

It is my intention to begin a 'Just Giving Fundraising Page', with the sole aim to achieve the replacement of our school mini bus.  We currently have about half of the funds that I think we will need and on this occasion your generosity will go directly to this fantastic facility which I hope future Bosco children will enjoy for years to come.  

If you have any clever ideas that may help us achieve this goal, please drop me an email.  Looking forward to seeing as many of you, and our wonderful Year 6 children on Friday 28th March where the doors of the family room will open at 6.30pm for a prompt 7.00pm start.
