Dear Parents/Carers,

The Spring term parents evening will take place on Wednesday 19th March and Wednesday 26th March. On both of these days, as with our previous parents evening, school will close at 2.30pm. Sjbkidzone After school club and gymnastics club will still take place as normal from 2.30pm with a normal pick up time of 4.15pm for gymnastics.

We were extremely pleased with the feedback from our last parents evening and would kindly ask that feedback forms are completed again. Although we would welcome an online booking system for parents evening, it is not something that we are able to offer at this time. Unfortunately, due to financial pressures, particularly on single form entry schools, it is a cost that we cannot accommodate.

We will be allocating ten-minute appointments from Monday 10th March. Teachers will leave sign-up sheets outside of each classroom, you will be able to choose a time at both drop off and pick up. If you are not able to sign up in person, please email the school office with your child's full name and year group so emails can be assigned to the correct teacher. 

On the day, please ensure that you keep to the allocated time slot so that teachers can stay on track with appointments and parents are not waiting for a long time. These meetings are to focus on the progress and achievement that your child is making and any areas that you may be able to support at home.

Classrooms will be accessible via the front office entrance of the school and children's books will be available outside of each classroom. The school book fair will also be held in the school hall on these days from 2.30- 4.30pm. Books can be purchased via cash or card using a QR code.  Our school librarians will be organising and running the book fair and will be happy to help you.
