Good morning,

I hope that everyone has had a lovely week off school and are ready for our final 6 weeks of the spring term.

As you are aware, this week is bikeability for our class. The children have been organised into groups to ride this week and know which day that they have been allocated (mostly alphabetical order). The largest group will be tomorrow with 8 children riding. They will first be assessed by the instructors on the playground and then will be taken out onto the road if they are deemed to be confident enough on their bikes.

The children should not wear school uniform but something that is comfortable to ride in. Due to the weather being wet, I would advise their outfits are something they will be happy to get dirty.

The children will be back at school for break and lunch and will be finished with their assessment by the end of the school day.

It’s a fantastic and fun day for the children and I know they will thoroughly enjoy it.
