Dear Parents and Carers

The Immunisation Team will be visiting school on 21st September to administer the annual Flu Vaccine.  You need to complete the online link below to either opt out or in as soon as possible, at the moment there are only 73 responses out out 210 children.

The nasal flu vaccination is being offered to all primary children.  To ensure your child does not miss out on their flu spray you must opt in or opt out here https://econsent.merseycare.nhs.uk/ We would request that you complete the consent form as soon as it is received. If your child receives the flu vaccination at the GP you will need to inform us on 0151 247 6130.
