Dear Parents and Carers

We are having a few issues with school meal choices, we run a system where all lunches are pre ordered the week before, which means children cannot change their choices without contacting the school office. 

Changes can be made but these need to be sent to the office by Tuesday afternoon of the previous week, so that ordering and delivery of food can be efficiently given out to the children.

Please ensure that the choices you have made for your child is food that they like, as the younger children can become easily upset if they have a lunch they do not want to eat.  There is only spare food made for spillages, there is not extra food made for swapping dinners on the day.

Please also let me know via email if your child is changing from school hot meals to bringing their own packed lunches, this also needs to be sent by Tuesday afternoon of the previous week.
