Dear Parent/Carer,

In the very near future, I am hoping to restart piano tuition at St John Bosco.

Piano lessons will be offered as weekly group sessions of 3 or 4 children, 20 minutes in length, during the school lunch break at St John Bosco Catholic Primary School.

Playing piano, reading music and keyboard techniques will be covered during the course of the year, as well as developing the expression of creative ideas through music. Ideally you will need a keyboard to practise at home.

Each group lesson will be £7.00 per student, per week, to be paid in advance half-termly by Bank Transfer/Cash (in an envelope with your child’s name given directly to me, not via school).   

In addition, piano practice books and bag will need to be purchased. I can supply these items at cost. These are relatively inexpensive but will prove invaluable.

In “pre-pandemic times” these piano lessons were very popular and unfortunately spaces will be limited because tuition takes place during the lunch hour.

After receiving your completed form, I will send you an invoice for the upcoming half-term of piano lessons and books.
