Dear Parents

The Annual Home School Agreements have been sent out on Parentmail - Copy of HSA and consent booklet to be signed and returned.  Please read through the document carefully and send back the signed consent booklet via email on admin.stjohnbosco@schools.sefton.gov.uk. This has to be signed on an annual basis for all pupils. We are trying to send as many forms as we can via Parentmail to be emailed back to control cross contamination. If you have access to a printer at home I will accept a paper copy or if you need a paper copy consent booklet please contact me on the above email and I will arrange for one to be given to your child.
