Dear Parents and Carers

I do hope that you continue to be safe and well and would like to thank you for support that continued to give your child particularly at this time when there transition to high school will be very different.  I am pleased to be able to tell you that we now have contact with all of the high schools and that they will be making plans to provide some form of transition with the children.  It is clear that visits to high schools will not take place but I am looking into the possibility for the head of year to visit the groups of children at our school as long as I feel that it is safe to do so.  I have passed on the relevant contact details to Mrs Bretherton as she will be best placed to discuss your children with their new schools.  As I have said in my previous message I will send out final arrangements for 15th June next week.  It is my intention to keep things as simple as possible but with safety and common sense at the centre of all decisions.
